Reels

Reel Mode

Enter/Exit Reel Mode

Rec	Splice	Shift
Press	Hold

Delete Current Reel

Rec	Splice	Shift
Press		Hold

Description

Hold Splice, then press Rec to enter/exit Reel Mode.
While in Reel Mode, use Organize to pick Reel.
To delete current Reel, hold Shift and press Rec.

Deleting all Reels, or removing microSD, also exits Reel Mode.

Clear Reel

Rec	Splice	Shift
Long Press		Hold

Description

Hold Shift, then press Rec for 3 seconds. Empties current reel.

Splices

Record to Current

Rec	Splice	Shift
Press

Description

Press Rec to record into current splice (or new splice if none selected).
Press Rec again to stop recording.

Record to New

Rec	Splice	Shift
Hold	Press

Description

Hold Rec and press Splice to record into new splice.

Create Splice Marker

Rec	Splice	Shift
	Press

Description

Press Splice to create a new splice marker at current location.

Delete Splice Marker

Rec	Splice	Shift
	Press	Hold

Description

Hold Shift and press Splice to delete the current splice marker, merging it's audio with the next splice.

Delete All Splice Markers

Rec	Splice	Shift
	Long Press	Hold

Description

Hold Shift and press Splice for 3 seconds to delete all splice markers in the current reel.

Delete Splice Audio

Rec	Splice	Shift
Press		Hold

Description

Hold Shift and press Rec to delete splice audio.

System

Input Level

Firmware v2

Hold Rec, and press Shift to step through the gain settings:

-3db (blue)
0db (green)
+6db (orange)
+12db (purple)

Firmware v1

Hold Rec, then press Shift.

Internal gain will be set to normalize incoming audio.

Audio is continually monitored while Rec is held.

Mount SD Card

Press Shift to mount microSD card.
